‘Apple clover’

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cloudy apple juice
  • 15 grams chervil (if you can't find chervil use cilantro)
  • 3 tablespoons vodka
  • 1 sheet of edible gold leaf if desired

Instructions

  1. Reduce apple juice on medium-low heat until 2 cups remain
  2. Blend apple juice & chervil in a blender
  3. Add vodka
  4. Freeze

Plating

  1. Crush or blend frozen cocktail
  2. Top with edible gold leaf if desired
