‘Apple clover’

Ingredients

  • 4 c Cloudy apple juice
  • 15 g chervil (if you can't find chervil use cilantro)
  • 3 tbsp. vodka
  • 1 sheet of edible gold leaf if desired

Preparation

  • Reduce apple juice on medium-low heat until 2 cups remain
  • Blend apple juice & chervil in a blender
  • Add vodka
  • Freeze

Plating

  • Crush or blend frozen cocktail
  • Top with edible gold leaf if desired
