Ingredients
- 4 c Cloudy apple juice
- 15 g chervil (if you can't find chervil use cilantro)
- 3 tbsp. vodka
- 1 sheet of edible gold leaf if desired
Preparation
- Reduce apple juice on medium-low heat until 2 cups remain
- Blend apple juice & chervil in a blender
- Add vodka
- Freeze
Plating
- Crush or blend frozen cocktail
- Top with edible gold leaf if desired
